How it works
We provide a simple time sheet for Payroll properly adapted to your business.
You email or fax the sheet, together with any forms required to add a new employee or amend an existing employee.
We then process the Payroll and send back to you:
- Payroll Summary
- Payslips
- Direct Credit Schedule
- (Optional) an electronic file for uploading to your bank to save processing each pay for every employee. We do not seek to have access to your bank account for direct crediting of pays, rather we provide you with either a schedule or an electronic file for you to upload to your bank which requires your specific authorisation.

All your files are backed up automatically every day in multiple ways to ensure your data is kept safe and secure. That way, should the worst happen, you don’t have to start all over again. All your important files are safe and able to be recovered in minutes.
